We tortured and fell in the love with the location and the community is very quiet and respectful. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my first home in this city. I want to take the time again to really shoutout Shay C. as she was the most friendly and most warm welcoming person I’ve ever met in apartment hunting! She tells it how it is and made sure everything was up to standard for us when we moved in. There are some few things that need fixing but we have our wonderful maintenance crew helping every step of the way!”

“Living at 60 Mansfield is an incredible experience!Donna, Corinne, and Fernando are all phenomenal. Not only are they engaging, but they also handle any questions or concerns with care and efficiency.The amenities are top-notch, truly appreciated the Amazon Lockers they had for packages. The building is maintained regularly inside and out, including the grounds. They regularly have service providers/vendors come in to ensure things are in good condition. If there are any issues or fixes needed in the apartment, Fernando is on it promptly!There were also regularly scheduled social events to bring the residents together and for us to get to know each other. We are genuinely grateful for the positive living experience they provide. The overall atmosphere makes it a fantastic place to call home (clean, comfortable, and quiet). Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and well-managed residence in New London!”

Adam the building manager would address my concerns within a timely manner so I always felt heard. The maintenance team was amazing being in a new building I rarely had issues but when I did I put in a service request and it was fulfilled within the week. I am grateful to the team at the docks for their constant flexibility and patience. I would highly recommend the docks to anyone looking for a place to live in the new london area.”
