I've never felt unsafe taking the trash out at night or worried about my packages being stolen. The apartments are super close to the beach as well as a park and some great restaurants. And for only 600sq ft there is surprisingly a lot of closet space”

Adam the building manager would address my concerns within a timely manner so I always felt heard. The maintenance team was amazing being in a new building I rarely had issues but when I did I put in a service request and it was fulfilled within the week. I am grateful to the team at the docks for their constant flexibility and patience. I would highly recommend the docks to anyone looking for a place to live in the new london area.”
