Hamilton Park Apartments is a good place to live, offering a safe, clean, and quiet environment. It is a federally funded building with a nice community room, sunroom, and grounds. Management has periods of being very good and times that are difficult, with frequent turnover. Repairs are timely, though the aging elevators go down frequently and take a long time to fix. The staff is nice and helpful. Amenities include being on the bus line, a library book service, senior center supermarket rides, and a monthly food pantry box. No smoking is allowed inside; there is a designated outdoor area. There is usually a long waiting list.

My parents live here well just my mom now my Dad passed away in March so this building will always hold a spot in my heart. Rest in Peace Dad I love and miss you so much

My son's great grandmother lived in the apts back in 1995 .very nice staff and helpful to her and everything you need is there with public transportation is close by.
