Their staff is very friendly and they do a great job. In my case I had to open an account, I needed a translator, they called you and it was a pleasant experience.

We came before end of business, coming from far away and bringing a new client but the manager had no desire to help us open a bank account. They did not care either. Bad service, zero relationship management skills - Blerina Terzik.

Service was great, there were 2 tellers up there. A man and a woman. The man had a customer before me and when he left just had me waiting in line. The customer the lady had left and she automatically called me while he left me waiting there. Another man came in behind me and as soon as she called me he called him. I'm not sure why...but as a black woman I can't help but think that's why. He could have called me next instead of finicking with papers

I had the first appointment at 9:00am so I was there 10 minutes before, so I waited until they opened up. So when they opened the doors I walked in and take a seat and wait, so after about 5 minutes another person walked in, the lady who checks the person who is first or if you have appointment came to ask who was first so I said me and I have an appointment at 9:00am so the other person said (I have an appointment at 9) so she walked in to the office and decided to take the other person first even when she knew I was there before they opened. But the worst thing was when she saw me get up and walked out she comes to me and said you would be next! What we can help you with? I'm like (really)I been there a couple of times and I see the same lady doing the same thing with other people Really disappointed.

manager named Tom or Thomas took my check said cannot be cashed now my boss is special needs so the signature was off come to find out after all the end but not by much and was nothing but rude to me look at me like I'm a criminal would not let me call him or they could call him from the number one file to verify had to have him go through the 800 number to be verified not to only be the next disconnected but he was nothing but rude to me and she's not even being a manager there stuff like that happened he is disabled and that should be in the Bank of America notes cuz there's never been any other problem cashing checks at any other Branch except this one that guy should not have his job and the scene that was caused should be disgraceful all the looks I got from everybody is embarrassing just the way the manager was talking to me

I once have this bank a 5 star rating but now I wish I didn't have to go there at all. Ever since covid it has been terrible. One teller and lines out the door. At least the Groton branch has two tellers and the line moves quickly.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE FOR NOTARY SERVICES...I lost nearly 2 hours simply because the Notary didn't have white out. Upon returning to the bank..I was asked to waste another 45 min before I can be seen by the ONLY Notary available. Maybe Bank of America can spend money on having 2 Notaries rather than to have customers sit around for nearly an hour waiting on a rude and unprepared Notary. I went and spent $15 and saved time and hassle...I lost more than $15 waiting to get helped at the bank
