This cvs is the worst I have been there three days in a row for help with photos this last time the lady was like o I don’t u are going to have to do them one by one what lady I need like 100 photos some 5x7 and some 8x10 u want me to do this one by one her response well then u can go somewhere else ok u just lost out on made money Walgreens it is this was on 2/2/24 at around 10am like I’m am so done with this cvs this is not the dirty time I have had problems here no one likes to help anyone just like to sit behind the counter a damn shame

There was no one at the counter so I looked around and saw no one and am about to press the ring and the woman with a winter jacket in front of me said am here and I said I that i thought you are a customer and she showed her T-shirt inside and said you see CVS here and it's totally RUDE how the heck I will know what she is wearing inside the jacket...so little MANNER'S is expected to improve...I have visited this store so many times and I never saw this lady anytime nor had this kind of treatment anytime...

Take my advice: go to Walgreens instead of you prefer to have a reliable, friendly customer service experience. They have to lock the medications up (like Tylenol) because of shady characters entering the pharmacy, which is fine except that no staff are ever available to assist with opening the medications up.On top of that, I was not able to receive PAXLOVID prescribed from the pharmacist (inaccurate advertisement on their website) and they make it a run-around goose chase to try to get medications you need. Poorly run location and needs to get it together.

So today, we encounter racist Alison who when she sees me IMMEDIATELY grabs her hand sanitizer and sanitizes her hands before she checked me out AND checks each and every $20.00 bill I JUST pulled from the CVS ATM. Way to go racist Alison! GOOD JOB! ??

CVS New London, CT. When I went 2 days ago, there was not enough staff, and of course this lady was doing a 30 minute MoneyGram in front of me and I was trying to get home and take my really important meds. Why is a service allowed like this when the store is based on medicines, prescriptions and health services? The kid who worked there, seemed like a nice guy, around 17 years old, was wearing unmarked sweatpants and an unmarked sweatshirt, with no marking on any of it whatsoever... how are you supposed to know who is there for you to help them, with not even a uniform on or a marked CVS t-shirt or anything? I've never seen anything like this before in my life, what happened to store branding? Somebody working in the middle of the day with no uniform on or even a shirt saying where you work... If he was in the middle of the floor walking around and I needed help, I would have no idea who to ask. This kid definitely needed to be trained and prepared as he didn't know how to do basic cashier things, such as scan my CVS card, so I couldn't even use my card. I tried to change my phone number because it was old and needed to be updated and he didn't know how to do that either.. The store was severely understaffed and the fact that no one had a uniform or marked shirt to work in the front or in the store at all was utterly mind-boggling. This is one of the good stores too so I hope the corporate man or woman who is reading this comes and fixes this problem and restores the CVS brand name again. What a disappointment this store brand has become.

I was thoroughly impressed with how filthy the store is. I don't think floor has been vacuumed in maybe 3 years. I person working so good luck finding that employee when u need to cash out. Never retuning to that location!
