I hadn't seen these guys in a few years...I had an issue with my phone..knew they were the ONLY guys that could/would take care of me and fix the issue! “Broke my phone and went into Verizon in new London next to Chili’s and Marshalls, Joe was the main man running the store with his trainees Evan and Renae and they were all so helpful. Joe helped me recover all of my data from my old phone and sent Evan to another Verizon location just to get me a brand new 17 pro max I’m grateful these guys could help me right on the spot and I’ll never go anywhere else if I need help with my phone thank you guys and I hope everyone knows to go to Joe if they ever need any help with their devices he knows it all. One last thing I wish who ever Joes boss is can upgrade the chairs they have my back was killing after my time spent in there I can only imagine how the guys feel after a day of work”
