Robert was extremely helpful in finding the right quality replacement equipment to integrate with my older Definitive Tech speakers, at a fair price. Quick delivery. Gerald did the installation. He was over the top good. I was impressed with his knowledge and the equipment used to optimize the sound quality for the seats most likely to be used used in the living room.
