“This review is about Manny, the manager of the Waterford Verizon store. I am hopelessly confused when it comes to anything to do with my cell phone. While at the store on Friday March 13, Manny exhibited many excellent qualities of a helper. Qualities such as knowledge of the Verizon system and skill in showing me what to do while trying arrange an automatic bank withdrawal for my monthly Verizon bill. He was exceptionally patient and kind throughout the whole agonizing process. “Roberts AV has been my place to go for many years. Recently, my integrated AV equipment was destroyed after a d*** move on my part allowed a lightning strike to bypass my surge protector. Robert was extremely helpful in finding the right quality replacement equipment to integrate with my older Definitive Tech speakers, at a fair price. Quick delivery. Gerald did the installation. He was over the top good. I was impressed with his knowledge and the equipment used to optimize the sound quality for the seats most likely to be used used in the living room. Carefully explained the controls and offered to answer any follow up questions by phone. It’s not often today that you have such a quality interaction. Kudos to Roberts audio!”
