“Staff are always very friendly and helpful over the phone. They made it easy to transfer medications, set up payment, and get refills. They reached out when my copay went up. Deliveries are on time too. The New London location has a different website than the other Nutmeg pharmacies which is confusing, but still 5 stars.”
