“I just want to shout out Staple’s best employee Megan. She made my ups drop off seamless! Every question I had she answered and was patient and explained things throughly. I needed help with making the box smaller for my item that needed to be shipped and she helped with that as well. Every concern or question she always knew exactly what to do or say. I am really happy she was there! She definitely needs a raise! And if she isn’t a supervisor already she has all the best traits to become one! I left Staples very happy! “I can’t say enough about how helpful and kindly I was treated today at the Groton store. “It’s our favorite post office. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. There is a convenient parking lot with a drive up mailbox is you’re in a hurry. However keep an eye the time - the hours are limited.”

“Was in the area and had to mail back something I bought off Amazon. Went in and was unsure what package to get and the clerk was helpful and very polite. Had to tape the printed return paper on and they had tape there for me to use which was very convenient. The whole post office was organized and clean.”
