“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. I am so grateful to have them as a resource and I know they will always take good care of me. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff in New London”

“Quick and courteous- I was traveling and got a flat tire, after AAA put the donut in Monro was the only tire center near by that could take me. I would only recommend that they replace the donut for customers. Mine stores up/under the rear of the car and I don’t know how to put it back. I will figure it out.”

The guys were happy to receive, mount them on my rims and balance them. The also have a great brand of mini quads and electric motor bikes at the best prices in the area.”

“John was absolutely wonderful! I had a broken air valve in my tire and he was very prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent about pricing/options for repair. I use TFT for all of my tire needs and don’t plan on going anywhere else!!!”
