“Went to mavis today because had a really loud noise, took it to other shops and nobody found out what was the noise, it took Robert less then 10 minutes to find the noise, its was my brakes on the front of my car, I ask them if they have time and the parts to change them, Robert said of course, the noise is gone and I am extremely happy”

“I went to Murph’s Tire mainly because of all the positive reviews. I’m glad I did too! I had a slow leak in one tire I went in without an appointment I was told it would be about 20 minutes or so which I was fine with since I didn’t have an appointment. Got the car in I had a nail in the tire which they plugged and I was out the door. Also talked about new tires in the future. I will definitely be back as they are much more cost effective for basically the same tires as I have on now. Thanks for the great service and I will be back.”

“Hey all! It is my pleasure to recommend Alex at the Toyota Performance Center in New Milford, CT! I called Alex when my 2013 Toyota Avalon began hesitating and jerking. After being told by a previous mechanic that I needed to replace the entire transmission for $4500, I called Alex and he agreed to check out my car. “We took our company van to Dr. Don when it became obvious that something in the exhaust system was malfunctioning. He found a crack in the system that made it impossible to fix. The entire exhaust system would need to be replaced.
Instead of replacing the system himself, he suggested that, perhaps the job would be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. He even offered to contact GM himself and was able to arrange for the replacement to be done for us through a recall we did not know about. As a recall the replacement cost us nothing… not even a labor charge. When we told Doctor Don, we wanted to pay him for his time and effort he turned us down.
It is refreshing and heartwarming to find that there are still people in business who prioritize serving their customers over cashing in on them.”

“Autotechnic is my go to mechanic shop for my BMW’s and my other cars. Rob is an experienced service advisor who has a plethora of knowledge about cars. For BMW enthusiasts, I highly recommend Autotechnic. In 2007, they converted my 325i from auto to manual and when I converted my 99 M3 from auto to manual, they did it again perfectly. My 27 year old car feels like a brand new one. They are efficient and thoughtful. If you’re cost conscious, I can tell you now that they will only do what is necessary and the work will be exceptional.”
