“I was picking up a pre-ordered piece of furniture for a friend that was moving. She actually did not have her receipt. I went there with a rented truck with only her ID credit and credit card that the furniture was bought with. it took about 20 minutes, but the ladies that helped me Were so kind and patient. They helped finding the correct information and emails so that we were able to pick up the piece of furniture. And on top of it all one of the ladies literally loaded the recliner onto the truck for me. !!!!!! Amazing ⭐️ the situation could have ended up a disaster (because we had no receipt, proof of purchase) but the woman who was helping me went above and beyond to find a solution.”
