First time having my car serviced there and won't be the last. Everyone was accommodating and professional. These guys deserve a raise. Did their best to get me out of there when I needed and the quote given to me was honored no extras.

Had never been to Monroe Muffler/Brake in New Milford, CT before. The guys did a great job fitting me in due to brakes squealing. They were busy, but they fit me in and then worked quickly (1 gentleman doing rear brakes while a 2nd gent worked on front brakes). Did a great job!! Exceeded my expectations!!!
