“I just wanted to give a shout out to assure supervisor Jon. I came in for an oil change and the went to do errands, on my way home my car just died at a busy intersection. While waiting for a tow, I called valvoline a told them what was going on. Jon came up and went over my car to see if it was anything they may have overlooked during my service. He tried to jump start it but that didnt work. He also consulted his supervisor, but I think the problem had nothing to do with the oil change. He stayed with me until my car was up on the tow, to make sure I wasn't stuck there. What a nice young man. I just want to say thank you and great job Jon.”
“Unsure who I spoke with but they were super helpful to check my tire pressures as I was experiencing a faulty sensor alert and wanted to ensure no leaks. I stopped in without an appointment as I was traveling from out of town and they took 15 minutes to check it all over free of charge to assure me it’s safe. Very appreciative of their kindness and willing to help amongst having a very full busy shop.”
