Everyone was super helpful but I was confused after a few days of waiting after doing all the paperwork, however when I picked up the car it had all new brakes, rotors, tires, oil, wipers, a hood strut, and I had noticed the passenger window not going down, they even ordered the switch for me at no cost to me. I mean I've never had a dealer put new brakes and tires on a car AFTER I buy it let alone fix anything besides a wiper blade.
