“Came on for a modem and a router. There was an issue with the SKU/inventory on the item I needed, but the team did their best. Hidayah, Mahi, and Matt all took the time to actually figure it out. Matt went above and beyond too, walking me through options and getting my membership sorted so I could actually get more value long-term instead of just making a sale.
