(They have so many extra incentives offered like Netflix Hulu microsoft etc) He answered all of our questions. He was extremely friendly & professional. All of the employees at this location were outstanding!

Have sometimes experienced long wait times at customer service but recently these appear to have improved remarkably.
Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”
“Came on for a modem and a router. There was an issue with the SKU/inventory on the item I needed, but the team did their best. Hidayah, Mahi, and Matt all took the time to actually figure it out. Matt went above and beyond too, walking me through options and getting my membership sorted so I could actually get more value long-term instead of just making a sale. No pressure, no nonsense, just solid customer service.
