“I've been a T-Mobile costumer for 9 years. For the last few months it's been a nightmare to call costumer service until I went to this store. Matthew ( the representative) was awesome!!! He took the time to actually solve this issue that I've carried for 4 months unable to fix. He was knowledgeable, patient and great communicator. Great experience! If you are in the area or even a bit far it's worth the trip to this store. They have great costumer service spirit and can provide a very satisfactory experience!!! Shot out to Alfred also!.”

Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”

“Came on for a modem and a router. There was an issue with the SKU/inventory on the item I needed, but the team did their best. Hidayah, Mahi, and Matt all took the time to actually figure it out. Matt went above and beyond too, walking me through options and getting my membership sorted so I could actually get more value long-term instead of just making a sale. No pressure, no nonsense, just solid customer service.

Sometimes it can get busy during lunch. But if I want to get a snack or a quick bite for my children or myself I can get it here.⁹”
