“They’re getting better. I didn’t shop this location for a long time. The product was just seriously lacking. It was like they sold broken, cheap toys, really bad quality clothing, and different odds and ends and things nobody wants. Also the line was always awful. I spent 10 years in retail and I won’t shop in a store that doesn’t have multiple registers going to get the lines down. If you can’t respect that my time is valuable, I will gladly give my money to Amazon. That being said, the last few times I visited I was pleasantly surprised. I found some good stuff. I also enjoyed the checkout experience because the line moved quickly. Hopefully they keep up the good work. I would be happy to go back.”

Have sometimes experienced long wait times at customer service but recently these appear to have improved remarkably.
Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”
“The store closes at 11pm but the department that you return stuff to was closed by 9:30. Besides that there might be a bit of a wait for someone to help you in the electronics department, but it's worth it He was so helpful when it was our turn.”
“The pharmacy department is amazing! The main pharmacist always tries to help you. He helped me so much fix a medication problem. They want to help the customers! Excellent location!”

“I was in line with cart full, gentleman behind me had 2 items. I offered for him to go before me. He declined saying he works there was going on break. He realized the customer ahead of me at register might be a few minutes. So he got out of line. Logged back into his register and checked me out, delaying his break time. I appreciate his consideration for providing such great customer service”
