“The Home Depot in Berlin has good items for your projects and I bought storage containers from The Home Depot the storage works really well than the older storage containers. Their hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 8am-8pm. But in the fall and winter the home depot hours in Berlin are Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 8am-8pm. The Home Depot has their Berlin store painted beige formerly their white paint on their store.”

I visited the WeHa location to find a new dog food for my rescues after months of researching and trialing various mid grade foods from big box stores. The associate working was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions (quite technical questions regarding canine nutrition too!) and was able to make a lot of great recommendations. It’s a breath of fresh air to visit a pet store and know that all of the dog food available has been selected by the staff for quality. They have taken all of the hard work out of the selection process. As an added bonus: the bag of Fromm dog food I purchased was cheaper than amazon. Where else do you get amazing customer service and great pricing on pet items?!? Support local and visit Green Tails! Your wallet and your pet(s) will thank you!”

“The store has everything I need. I go online, find what I need, and can find out exactly where the items are kept in the store. Sometimes I order for pick up, either in the store or curbside pick up. When I want to see the items first I can click to send the location to my phone and go grab it, touch it, measure it, fit it and check it all out. I can read the reviews and the price before I go to the store. No sticker shock in the store. If it's too much I can wait or prepare how I'm going to pay before I get to the register. Home Depot makes shopping easy so I can get in and out. I can spend more time on my projects and less time shopping for my stuff!”

“Home Depot Granby St Bloomfield CT. I purchased 24 filters for my home hvac unit in February 2026. 5 months later August 2026 I realized that they were the wrong filters. Home Depot store policy states 90 days for returns. Ms Carrie was working the return counter on the day I returned the filters. She went above and beyond by coordinating with one of the store's manager to get me store credit so I could get the right filters for my home furnace. Thank you Ms Carrie you're an asset to the company.”

“Come here from time to time. This store is HUGE. Prices are more than Nh... but so is everything so I don't really complain. Nothing *crazy* to state.... It's Home Depot not a nightclub but the plants always seem healthy. Last time I was here there was a confrontation between the police and an Asian gentlemen. I watched for awhile and nothing spectacular came of it. Kinda would say that's the *vibe* for this store. One other time this lady who worked here was rude... I was here right at opening and went to walk in and boy she shut those doors quick. Idk why they were unlocked but I didn't unlock them and thus was a little taken again. Figured that was just a once off. For all of these reasons, 4/5 ... maybe 85/100 if this was a test. We could call it a "B"”
