“Today I’ve witness so many rude customers at the counter in auto and the supervisor named PRI was multitasking alone . She handled it pretty well when this one man came up and told her he demands an oil change today because he has to go to NY. She said sir give me a moment to just think because I have others plus the phone to answer so once I’m done I can possibly get you in today and he was just so angry . Well done, because if it were me I’d probably kick him out 😂 people have to understand don’t go to someone’s job and mis treat either .”

“I really had a great experience with Cusson! I am a small business owner with several specialized Mercedes vans that run into problems frequently unfortunately. This was the first time we’ve used them and I really appreciated that the technicians listened to my concerns, took detailed notes, got me in quickly, and fixed my problem fast without charging an arm and a leg. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me the broken part they replaced and the whole team (even the owner) came around to talk to me about my business needs and what they could do to help! Everyone seems down-to-earth and personable, plus they genuinely take the time to listen. I am actually excited to deal with some of our van maintenance problems, now that I have these guys as a resource. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. “They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. Can’t recommend them enough!!”

Brian and Scott in the front office are intelligent and informative and always have a time to explain things. The Gentlemen, in the service bays Truly all this stuff. They always get the job done on time. They are neat and take pride in their work. I’m dealing with ADHD. At the age of 73 and I can tell you that that makes the amount of care that modern tire puts Into Their everyday presentation is very easy for somebody such as me to navigate. “I got a full synthetic oil change here today and I was out in less than 10 minutes! All the shop guys were super friendly and helpful. My dealership wanted to charge me nearly $200 for a full synthetic oil change…. Wack. The dealership has also been known to keep me sitting there for 2+ hours. I got my oil changed here for under $100 and under 15 minutes. Highly suggest stopping by this place. 10/10”
