“They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. Can’t recommend them enough!!”

Brian and Scott in the front office are intelligent and informative and always have a time to explain things. The Gentlemen, in the service bays Truly all this stuff. They always get the job done on time. They are neat and take pride in their work. I’m dealing with ADHD. At the age of 73 and I can tell you that that makes the amount of care that modern tire puts Into Their everyday presentation is very easy for somebody such as me to navigate. “I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! I came in for an oil change and it was done in 45 minutes, and without me asking them, they checked to make sure everything else was in shape and working. I dont know much about the automobiles engine but I know to go to Monroe for the help I need with the car. Overall, five stars out of five.”
“I got a full synthetic oil change here today and I was out in less than 10 minutes! All the shop guys were super friendly and helpful. My dealership wanted to charge me nearly $200 for a full synthetic oil change…. Wack. The dealership has also been known to keep me sitting there for 2+ hours. I got my oil changed here for under $100 and under 15 minutes. Highly suggest stopping by this place. 10/10”

“I have been a member for many years. The addition of the detailing sprays and towels is great. The only complaint is the drying roller at the end of the wash doesn’t go as far as it used to it barely finishes the windshield and quits.”
