I had a bit of unique situation - my car seat recliner setting was changed/moved all the way back by another repair/mechanic while trying to fix the car AC and now the seat won’t go back up. Went back to the original mechanic and they couldn’t do anything. I came to Joe’s just for an opinion- if it’s doable at all, or I had to replace electrical stuff inside the seat and one of the guys was nice enough, took the car in as a walk-in and 10 mins later it’s done!! He was trying to evaluate what’s wrong but tried couple things and it worked!! Honest auto repair, highly recommend their services”

“I have gone to Frankie several times for diagnoses and repairs and every time he has explained his process, was transparent about the cost of everything (including choosing different parts to get a better price upon request), and managed to actually fix my car. I don't think I've ever gotten same day service since the shop usually has 1 bay open/ 1 person available- it's quite small! “All in all, great experience. Some minor stuff: never reset the oil message and I'm not sure how the transmission oil was checked . . . this vehicle has an electric transmission. Other than that, five stars. Good job!”
