“Great store and friendly staff!
One issue I’ve noticed: the price tags are often punched into the front neck collar of shirts and dresses, which leaves a visible hole after removing the tag. It’s a shame to have unnecessary damage on otherwise great clothing. Please consider attaching tags to seams instead—it would make a big difference!”

“I come in weekly to get an outfit for church. Always gett smiles and friendly service. This week kaylee cashed my order out. She was so professional and helpful. The best service ever. She effortlessly got me to round up the maximum of 99 cents. In my opi ion if possible clone her or let her serve as an example of outstanding customer service. Maybe a raise too”
“Owning NEAT Method a home organizing company, this branch is great. Jonathan is so helpful taking my donations out of my car I drop items off weekly and he is so friendly, I look forward to seeing him when I drop items off knowing it will be quick and easy.”
“Wonderful ... Gotta say, this was the BEST experience in a thrift shop in my life since moving to the area. The owners are great, the workers are helpful, and the store mascot is cute as a button. Only thing missing were bad, nasty attitudes!! Refreshing to FINALLY find a store where customer service is realized as a key factor in the survival of the business. No more Goodwill or Walmart for me. Is this place or nowhere from now on!”

“I was having a bad day, I came to the store because I had alot of clothes to donate, The energy of the employees was very favorable, however the employee with the braids, he was very respectful, and had very uplifting energy, i had gotten alot of stuff and felt bad about how many items he had to checkout, but he held a nice small conversation, i can tell he loves his job and i have always seen him very respectful and helpful with other customers besides myself.”
“Typical second hand shopping experience. They might have what you want, or they might not. Very clean store with a friendly staff. Worth stopping in and checking it out ?”
“Was at the store 8/27. Wow the staff here are awesome! Definitely either love their jobs or they put on the “customer service” face, although if that’s the case - I could not tell. I didn’t realize they were closing when I went to the fitting room and came out 10 full minutes after they were technically closed. All I got was, “did you want to head to the register? We’re kinda closed.” In an incredibly happy and kind way. They did not rush me at the register and even signed me up for their perks program - EVEN THOUGH WE WERE A FULL 15 MINUTES AFTER CLOSE! They absolutely did not need to be so gracious. I believe it was the manager that handled most of the conversation, but everyone was beyond nice. Huge props. Store is also well-maintained with a pretty decent selection. Wish I had more time to look at books, but that is 100% on me.”

“I found the shop to be full of excellent items in every category. The 2 volunteers were exceptionally helpful as I searched for last-minute travel accessories. Prices are reasonable.”
“"I'd pay any price just to get you I'd work all my life and I will To win you I'd stand naked, stoned, and stabbed I'd call that a bargain, the best I ever had" (The Who) When you find out that a thrift store is running a "35% off" sale to mark their 5th anniversary, well any bargain seeking red blooded American would head on over, just like we just did. The store is larger than the one we customarily visit in Simsbury, so I didn't feel cramped walking around alongside a fair number of fellow shoppers. It's very neat and well organized inside and seemed to have a lot of merchandise. I saw the usual dishes, housewares, women's and men's shoes (including some gorgeous Air Jordans), shirts, blouses, outerwear, pants and jeans, plus sportscoats and men's suits ($25 or so). Some of the more unusual things I saw was an impressive collection of "I Love Lucy" memorabilia, and hiding among the audio CD's was a William Hung CD! He made quite a splash on American Idol 20 years ago, and if you're too young to know who he is, go check him out on YouTube. I bought a long sleeve white dress shirt, a red tie, and my wife bought a long sleeve top. After the 35% discount we paid an obscene $16 for everything. Yes, quite the bargain indeed. PRO TIP Parking is a bit of a toss-up, their lot is micro-sized, so you'll probably end up parking on a side street like we did.”
“I can always find hidden treasure when I go. The clothes are displayed so I can see them and sort through easily. Clothes are reasonably priced and in good condition, Sometimes I can find brand new items with tags and that's a great day of treasure hunting.”
“Savers always has a broad variety of anything you might want or need. The store is well labeled into sections overhead, and each rack has contents and sizes clearly marked.
The dressing rooms have been removed since Covid which makes trying on some clothing a challenge. The store offers an exchange of clothing items within a few weeks, but the exchange needs to be done the same day making sure you buy more. All that said, my overall experience is often fruitful with the clientele and staff always friendly and helpful.”
