“They were a huge help to me. I got a flat on the way to support group at 6:00pm with all my kids in the car. The tow got me to Firestone probably like 630 only like 30 minutes from them closing. They were really nice about it and had my tires so were able to change them out and actually get me right back on the road. I missed support group of course but I was so beyond thankful I was able to at least fix my tires. Fingers crossed the rest of the car stays intact for now lol”
“Today I’ve witness so many rude customers at the counter in auto and the supervisor named PRI was multitasking alone . She handled it pretty well when this one man came up and told her he demands an oil change today because he has to go to NY. She said sir give me a moment to just think because I have others plus the phone to answer so once I’m done I can possibly get you in today and he was just so angry . Well done, because if it were me I’d probably kick him out 😂 people have to understand don’t go to someone’s job and mis treat either .”
