At the age of 73 and I can tell you that that makes the amount of care that modern tire puts Into Their everyday presentation is very easy for somebody such as me to navigate. “I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”
