“Incredibly impressed with the customer service I received from Tommy and his team. I was in a bind and they rose to the occasion to take care of wheels and tires for my daughter's car after her wheels were stolen. They were able to locate and bring in replacement wheels and get tires mounted the same day! Fast service and very fair pricing. I would absolutely recommend this store; they are the best!”

“I have been interacting with the service team at modern tire for more than several years. Brian and Scott in the front office are intelligent and informative and always have a time to explain things. The Gentlemen, in the service bays Truly all this stuff. They always get the job done on time. They are neat and take pride in their work. I’m dealing with ADHD. At the age of 73 and I can tell you that that makes the amount of care that modern tire puts Into Their everyday presentation is very easy for somebody such as me to navigate. I so glad to have modern tire as my repair center.”

“I brought my car in with a nail in one tire needing repair. They got me in the same day, had me in and out in an hour, and pricing was very reasonable. I was able to work while I was waiting and they had water and coffee available. Matt Sarmiento was kind, informative, and helpful. I will go back in the future and recommend others go there and talk to Matt.”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”
