“Awesome place, good friendly vibes with a lot of diverse items; comics to cards to action figures. I was on the hunt for a specific Sabretooth figure which to my suprise they had in stock, when no one else did! Very happy customer, I want to go back already!”
“Best bookstore ever! My best friend and I went into the store this morning with the intention of buying secret books for one another. Keon and Emily helped us both out and listened as we described each other’s favorite genres and tropes. They helped us pick out multiple options and we ended up buying almost all of them! They wrapped them up to make it like “blind date with a book!” It was so much fun and we can’t wait to go back and do this again! Such an unexpected adventure for a Sunday morning!”

“If you ever want to find super unique toys, games, and gifts for anyone (including yourself), Birdie’s is it. I’m a big game dude who’s been to toy & game conventions and I truly appreciate both the selection of cool things here and also the warm cozy vibes you get as soon as you walk in.
The thing I like most about Birdie’s is that the toys here are things you’re not gonna find at Target, Walmart, or Amazon. You’re getting to see really cool gems that have been sourced and curated and hand-chosen from a variety of less-known, special out-of-the-box places. The store is cozy, it’s personal, and every corner has something that feels like you’re finding a little secret thing you would never have known about otherwise!!”

They were all amazing, with a special shoutout to Katie. It was my 6 yr olds first time at a Lego store and she made him feel special, so much so that he calls her his friend.
It was cool for me as a parent to sit back and watch him interact with her as she made it a point to show him around, talk about the store and what Lego sets and pieces he likes, as well as gave me a lot of insight of how to sign up for an account for perks and where to find the toys he liked.
I have worked in the customer service industry for 25+ years, this was one of the best experiences as a customer that I’ve felt in a while. These 4, especially Katie deserve to be recognized for their amazing customer care.
Thank you for treating my son like the amazing little human he is, we will be back at this store specifically to buy more Lego sets just because of the human kindness they demonstrated. It’s something we all need to share in our lives.
PS, the barcode on the receipt didn’t work, so I looked for the store to write this review because I was so impressed with our experience.

“"We're playin' those mind games together Pushin' the barriers, plantin' seeds Faith in the future, outta the now" (John Lennon) Is there anything better at bringing out your inner child than wandering around an incredible toy store loaded with more toys and games than you ever thought existed? We wanted to pick up a few odds and ends to send to the grands for their Valentine's Day box, and we ended up staying for close to an hour because Pinwheels had us in a trance. They have all the traditional things, including a full height wall of Barbies and accessories, plus a crazy amount of stuffed animals, dolls, craft kits, toy tucks, Pokemon stuff, sports cards, Legos, slimes, Squishmallows, Jellycats, and things I never heard of but must be super popular. They have a lot of these teeny tiny miniature collectibles that are a big hit with the "Under Ten" crowd. They also have a discount section with reduced pricing. If you're in the market to pick up something for the children in your world, you can't go wrong here at all.”
“Been here a few times now. Definitely has a sketchy vibe to it, as the building looks abandoned, there's almost never any cars in the rundown parking lot, and the shop is down a flight of stairs to the basement. However, don't be fooled -- a little diamond in the rough going on. Once you walk through the door, they have an impressive array of all things collectable. I've gone specifically for sports trading cards, as they have a decent selection with more each time we've gone. The staff there (and owner) talk with us each time we've gone, and are very personable. If you're looking for in-person browsing and selection over Amazon blind purchases, I highly recommend stopping in.”

“I stopped in here to do some Christmas shopping. Fun fact, the paper store has a lot more stuff that’s not paper related whatsoever… Who knew?The staff is nice and I found them to be very helpful.The store appears to be clean and well stocked.I found lots of great items that will make fine gifts!”
