“I was hit in the front end of my KIA in June. The other driver had State Farm ins and they paid for all repairs. They gave me a choice of repair shops and I chose Putnam and I am glad I did. I have never received such professional and personal service at such a high level. They are by far my favorite shop. Alan, Johan, Juan, Pedro and so many others, I wish I could remember all their names. The communication was exceptional and they finished my car and cleaned it before returning it to me. “The people are helpful, very busy though, but they actually seem like they care, I believe they tried, but they came up short, due to insurance issues and communication issues and timeframe issues none of which were their fault.. I believe they treat their employees well and hold lunch parties for birthdays and they document everything and try to be honest and fair and fast , they just couldn't address my issues in a timely manner due to things outside of their control.. I recommend them.. there is a kind lady that when you walk in. “Just want to share my experience with Classic coach. A month ago, a lady parked her car at a Resteraunt that a car show was being held at and that they were sponsoring, my car was in the show. Her car popped out of gear and rolled into my car. The bumper was all scuffed up and needed repair and paint. These guys did an AMAZING job; I can't find one flaw with any part of it. The bumper, paint, fit, and finish look better than when the car was new. I am a bit anal and bit of a perfectionist. This result is what I would hope for and expect, but it is rare that it actually happens!!! Very happy and would definitely recommend this team to fix your car. Thank you”
“If it was possible to leave more than 5 stars I certainly would. My 2021 plow truck was towed in by modzelewski in early morning, diagnostic testing completed finding that the starter had failed. The mechanics installed new starter and I was back on the road later that same day! Great communication and pricing. I'm sure that the car dealership would take forever to get me back on the road. We have all experienced that headache. My gratitude for the excellent service will not be forgotten. Do yourself a favor and use these guys. Bob Arconti is a customer for life at modzelewski.
