“Very impressed with the level of care for both animals and pet parents. The staff and lobby are welcoming and their compassion during emotionally stressful times is top notch.
While not expecting to visit a few days in a row with different pets, every visit was transparent in pricing and included no pressure options with best and worst case scenarios for pricing. I appreciated that they understand cost is a factor that keeps many from seeking emergency veterinary care vs waiting until their regular vet opens. They make it easier to choose to treat instead of wait for non life-threatening pet issues.
I also appreciated their triage process. From waiting in the parking lot to grab a crashing animal, to checking non life-threatening pets' vitals to put them in order to be seen, I felt the wait times were reasonable and care was being fairly distributed by need.
