“I can’t say enough about how helpful and kindly I was treated today at the Groton store. I had a 53 pound box and the gentleman offered to bring it into the store for me and when he couldn’t scan the return label he helped me contact the vendor to get a printable label.He made me feel like he cared about me completing the transaction and did everything to make that happen.Although I am a Floridian, I do spend time in Groton/Mystic area and certainly will remember this store.JuneSent from my iPad”

I could go on and on. I'm probably there at least once a week if not twice, and they are always on the ball. FedEx and UPS should pay them a visit and learn a thing or two!
