“i love these people. i have a 2014 wrangler that was in a super bad side sweep accident ! the damage was beyond insane and they where able to make my jeep look like it was brand new (better than when I bought it). i had a few extra issues come up from other accident damages and they where SO kind. they replaced my fuel pump without any charge to me, super fast. now that my shock has blown they are willing to just throw it on for me once I get my replacement. I love Giovanni’s! Mark the manager is also WONDERFUL!!!!! A great honest guy, I will always come back to them down the road with my jeep. I also love my new hat my favorite tech there gave me ? take your car here if you have issues!!”

A short time later I received a phone call telling me about the brakes and then not long after that the car was ready to be picked up. “They were a little late getting here, but they kept sending me updatea as what was the reason. It was either by texts or by phone. The driver was very professional and also offered a ride with the car. They also tried to jump my car with no luck. He did give me ideas as to what could be wrong. This company has helped me before through my roadside service. I am very pleased to have them sent to help me.”
“Chris at the front desk was very pleasant to talk to. My daughter was here visiting from out of state. She had had her vehicle fixed before her trip. Was taken back a second time and was told her leak was just residual fluid and the rattle in front end wasn't anything of concern. Well needless to say , the day after she arrived we noticed two basket ball size fluid leaks in the driveway. With there busy schedule they were able to get her in, deal with the warranty people and order parts needed for the repairs. Juang (mechanic) explained everything that he found wrong with the vehicle and addressed the seriousness of the situation. I am more than pleased with their performance. THANK YOU! ?

I would never recommend buying a car from Best Buy Auto Sales and Repair in North Syracuse NY
When they were called to inform them of the current situation, their reply was just tell the technician to fill it back up with fluid and drive it back and we will fix it for free. ? I also wouldn't recommend ProGuard Warranty. They wouldn't cover the original repair again unless it was taken back to B&B Auto. So, i guess that they both felt it was okay to send a young mother with children back out on the highway to drive 5 hours with fluid leaking out of her vehicle.........”

“Purchased my dream Jeep from Sonny at Ernies in October 2020 for a solid price. They helped through every step of the process and were incredibly easy to work with. “Rob came to tow my van when it had a mechanical issue that made it unsafe to drive myself to the mechanic. It was estimated to be picked up around a very busy time on a very busy street in New Haven and he was quick and professional. He not only helped with what may be wrong with it but was friendly and got it parked in a safe spot when it got to the mechanic. I’d 100% call for his services again if I needed to. Sucks to have an emergency, it’s great to have good people there to help you.”
