“After being told from my vet of many years that they couldn’t see my dog for a week, even though he had a pretty serious issue, I immediately called Veterinary Assoc of North Branford. They were extremely accommodating and willing to help. Gave me an appt for the next day. I was met with a friendly greeting and within minutes of my arrival, taken back to an exam room. The vet tech was also very friendly and showed genuine concern for my pup. The doctor came in soon after and was fantastic. She gave my pup a thorough exam, was very gentile with him, and overall I was very pleased with the service… I would highly recommend this vet… I’m so happy to have switched and know I won’t ever need to go elsewhere.
Their hours are extremely accommodating with emergency visits as well.”

We visited them this morning for my Roobi dog's annual check up and everything was calm and smooth as it always is. I love how they treat my pittie mix in every way. She is very anxious and is wildly more comfortable here than our previous vet experience, I almost don't even recognize her compared. I still hear her grumbling and mumbling when they take her to the back for tests, but she SCREAMS at other vets. Bone chilling stuff, but not at Spring Glen. They just have a way with space as much as touch. Our last vet was full of echos and metal, there was never enough traznadone, but this one is wooden and still and kind and slower, I wonder if she actually needs trazn (probably tbh so I just give it as usual). For example, while in a med exam room, I cannot hear the other rooms.. Im sure the animals can, but not in an overwhelming way that echos and shakes them.

Additionally, Ive recently found a stray kitty on my day to day that loves being living with Roobi and I. Kayla kindly talked me through what it looks like if a cat is in a heat, how to know if she is in trouble, tried to help me guess her age, and was very transparent about the price of keeping her in my household under their care!! She put my mind at ease to all of the random feedback I had been receiving. I have had Hobbit for about 6 months, without any response to lost pet ads, and was feeling worried about what to prioritize.

Getting this information about my found kitten Hobbit following a great check up with Roobi... after (shout out) DR MAGS AND HIS TEAM ❤️❤️❤️ pristinely removed my dog's MCT tumor slightly over a year ago (a tear currently is rolling down my right cheek)!!!!! ..was truly a wonderful morning!! I was even a little nervous to go, in the event there were more lumpis dumpis!!! ? None to be seen, and everything checked out. We are still watching as we do, but what a fantastic day at Spring Glen Vet!!

“I've been here at least 4x for triage type visits for my older pup. Basically as a bridge with antibiotics/pain meds until we can see our regular vet. I've never been treated with anything but kindness, respect and courtesy. Only one time was there a short wait and they sensitive, helpful and intuitive. All of the staff are top notch from the sweet receptionist, vet techs and Drs. For reference it ends up being slightly more expensive than a regular vet visit but definitely less than an emergency vet. The convience and peace of mind that comes from this location is something I'm so grateful for.”

“Dr. Alter, Angela and his team are the most charismatic, genuine, and compassionate staff I’ve experienced. Taking your fur babies to the vet is stressful enough, but they go above and beyond to ensure they provide the best care. My cat had constipation issues and they were hands on to show me the X-rays and provided a step-by-step plan to solve the problem. They listen, they care, and they help. They all knew my Aunt and would ask how she is doing and that was a BIG reason why I decided to make them my primary vet. “They do care for animals truly, great doctors with patience, very clean interior, modern and luxury decoration, plenty of parking spots and very easy to park, to enter the parking garage as it is on a main road and only business at parking lot. Always smells good, prescriptions on time in order and doctors are easy to reach. When we have a question they talk to doctors and call back the same day. I live in Easton and didn't change my vet after moving here. It is worth the drive and as they are open later than all other vets, it is very convenient. More expensive than many offices but I rather be with a practice that truly cares for dogs, accommodate well and always accessible.”

“I’ve been going here to Dr Smidt with my shih zu Lyla. Lyla is a little hard to get used to because she’s very protective of me . The Dr. found that if they take her in another room where she can’t see me she is much better. The dr also gave me

“Dr Hall and the techs are so sweet to my dog where he is no longer scared of the vet! He's actually happy to be there which I have never seen before. An old vet I had would threaten to charge a cancellation fee and cancel on you if you were more than 10 minutes late, I called Madison Vet running behind they were so understanding, no fees held over my head! They understand you can love your pet and be on a budget and will explain any costs to you, which are lower than what I have been quoted at other places. Thank you Dr Hall and team for giving me and Bosco a safe space to discuss health concerns at reasonable costs. Worth the 40 minute drive to see Bosco's happy tail on arrival. So grateful to have found my furever vet ❤️”
