“Updated to say, That for the second time in a row, I’m going through the same thing, However, this time, Uncas Gas, And Norman, Are not gonna let me run out. And I will be helping Figure out why the heating assistance authorizations are not getting through. Because nobody should have to deal with this.

My mother has been a customer for over 20 years. And while she has had her difficulties, she has always made good and taken care of any debts. For the last three seasons, she has been on heating assistance. It’s supposed to be a fairly easy process. And my experience was nothing easy. At this point, I feel completely blown off as they allowed me to run out of propane, despite the fact that I had an approval letter, After they said, they were not getting the authorizations from new opportunities at all. You would think that one or the other party would get on the actual telephone and try and figure out where the communication break Down is. Instead, they made it mine to solve. Ultimately, they did use the approval letter to get me on a schedule after being told just days beforehand that it wouldn’t work. When I started this process, I had 30% in my tank. I should’ve had a delivery by the 14th. But I kept hearing that they were not getting the authorization and not one single person who I spoke to thought maybe just maybe they should make a phone call. I was told “that that’s not how it works on heating Assistance”. Well, my friends, I am still your customer, And the customer service I received through this experience was nonexistent until I reached Krystan Keller, Who within 30 minutes, Got me on a delivery. It was supposed to be for Monday, But on Monday, I found out it wasn’t gonna be until Tuesday. We ran out on Sunday, And they knew we were going to. I almost have to wonder for the customers who are on heating Assistance, do you let us run out on purpose so that you can charge the state the fee that you charge for the tech to come out and do the leak test and reset everything for it to be good to go for delivery? Because that’s how I’ve been made to feel. A few select people that I have spoken to have been extremely helpful, But for the most part, This experience has been awful, and I never should’ve run out of propane. And Uncas Gas did not step up To find out where the breakdown in communication is. It’s extremely disappointing as a customer to be treated that way. And from my understanding, Most people on heating Assistance do run out before they actually get their delivery. To be fair, some of them may wait till the last minute, But I did not. And I’m sure there are others who also did not. This will go beyond a customer review On Google. And if someone in the higher ups very high ups wants to contact me, you will be able to find my account by the last name.”
