The girls there Katie, and Felicia were awe some! So Accommodating, Very knowledgeable, super friendly, and so easy to deal with. They answered all of my questions had me up and going very quickly.
Highly recommend this branch.”

“Love the staff in North Haven, very personably community bank. They know your first name and treat you like family. No fees, no minimum balance. Best bank I’ve had to be completely honest. Kelly is very knowledgeable and very nice, and Thara is my fav!!!”

“My mom absolutely loves this bank. Would give it 5 stars if more one person knew how to do a wire transfer. Train everyone in the store how to do it! It is strange that she can’t do one because the one or two people who know how are off today.”

“Posting because I just wanted People's Bank to recognize an amazing employee who made my day. This past Friday (4/1/22) I had the wonderful fortune of Stephanie @ People's United Bank (North Haven, CT- inside Stop and Shop)calling me up to her window. I needed quarters for work so my boss sent me out beginning Thursday 3/31/22. I had tried banks around my job Thursday, but they were either closed due to staffing shortages (only ATM services kinda thing) or they weren't willing to give quarters out even when I was willing to pay a fee for the service. I gave up for the day and decided to try Friday. I tried big banks, small town banks, and then went further out to my credit union where I have an account. I walked in and was told that even though the lobby was open they have no tellers so its ATM services only and no coins were on site. I was livid... I have held an account here for years and was turned away. I texted my boss to inform him of my failure. I decided to go next door from my credit union and try one last bank- People's Bank inside Stop & Shop as I was already next door figured one last attempt. Stephanie called me up and I explained my dillema- that even my own bank couldn't help me. She smiled and said she should be able to help!!! I couldn't believe my ears after trying the same task at bank after bank after bank. Stephanie was kind, friendly, and efficient. She wanted to help and what a difference it made. Stephanie made me a People's Bank client after the excellent service she gave me. This is how you win customers... with great employees who want to help people. Thank you Stephanie!”

“I love diane! She read my mind and was one step ahead of me. I hadnt recieved my new card in the mail for 2 weeks when i went through the drive thru and told her what happened she went the extra mile to make a call and order me a new one. And when she didnt hear from me she was nice enough to cancel the one that was lost in the mail and issued me a new one! People like her make a terrible day, a better one! Thank you Diane!!!!”

“I have been a customer of TD North Haven since they moved to CT and with the previous bank before TD. Their staff has always been courteous and helpful however when I have to provide an ID to make a $480 CASH deposit not $10,000, into my own account, I find that to be absurd. Think about it! You have to show an ID to deposit cash into your own account. I felt badly leaving such a low review. The low review is for TD Bank and not the staff. The staff, especially Genesis and Leidy, were very helpful when I had an account issue.”
