“The BoA app and phone system is appalling and does not work. I wanted to make an appointmen but ciuld not through the spp or main line as i fid not have an account number. So i went to the bank and met John Pacifico, Vice President who said that Alex Battan had an appointment. But both of them fit me in and enabled me to set my account. There was only one teller, Mes Kolchan. All provided excellent service and support of my needs”
