North Haven is the only BJS that took the handheld scanners away they said people were stealing them put a cord on them it is so much easier to scan them than to place all the big heavy items on the register to scan them

I've had excellent shopping experiences in this BJs in North Haven store. I am particularly impressed with a manager named Crystal. She runs a tight ship and is always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have. I wish there more managers like her.
