“Resilient Training Lab helped me become stronger & more confident in my own abilities. The amazing coaches are so knowledgeable & guide you in your journey to becoming stronger & healthier. Paul & the other coaches help you modify exercises to adjust to your ability. The gym is open 24hrs a day which helps your schedule. I suffered a cardiac stroke in May 2025 & thru their coaching & knowledge I was able to get healthy & so much stronger than I was. The gym has a great community feel. The community at this gym features people of all age’s & abilities. Highly recommend Resilient Training Lab.”
