“I love coming here, vest quest I’ve been to in a long time. The staff remembers people too which is always pleasant. I forgot the woman’s name that took care of me but she was great! She just came back from being off work for her birthday! She told me she’s been working for quest for 29 years! She was welcoming , fast, efficient, and just an overall great phlebotomist! Feeling comfortable getting blood drawn is my top expectation along with skill, but also being a patient person on my part helps too! I love this quest a lot! Most of all, the lady that took care of me too!”

I was taken right in and the phlebotomist Janae (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She was super friendly from the moment she called us into the room and she made my 3 year old feel so at ease. She was gentle and caring and made it such a positive experience for him! “My doctor hadn’t sent my bloodwork like they were supposed to, and Tina was so patient and worked with my clinic to get the order. She helped me with everything I needed for my bloodwork. Although it was empty when I first arrived, several people came in while Tina was working with me and she was very efficient and cared about her waiting patients too. I’d definitely come here again.”

“The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.”
“Andrew the phlebotomist at Sherman ave New Haven location was the best in all my life that I’ve ever had draw blood. He was calm and comforting and was able to not have to draw again after an order mistakenly not sent by DR was sent hours later and I made another appointment on the same day. He remembered and said he took care of the amount that was already taken to split for the additional tests! Very professional and kind as was all the staff that day. I will definitely be back even if we have to pay for parking unlike other quest locations he made it all worth it and more!”
