The electronic check in is a nightmare. I have limited sight. The check in wanted me to scan drivers license but timed out while I was getting it out of my wallet. Lat time I walked out.

I was extremely happy with the staff who was well trained and very happy to answer all my questions. I will be very happy to return to this Quest than the one that is closer to me, that closes an hour earlier.

The one lady here is absolutely phenomenal when taking my blood. I think she’s the main doctor. In all my thirty years I have only had three people get my blood without fail including her. I refuse to go anywhere else. She has a good bedside manner too and seems to really care about you with a very calm demeanour. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I can’t say the same for the other ones here.

Absolutely horrible service just trying book an appointment! Everything is completely automated, not a single person to talk to, yet NOTHING works!! Scheduling website is completely broken. Can't actually book an appointment no matter what you try! Trying to call a real person for help usually just goes to voicemail that then says "sorry the person you are trying to call has not set up voicemail, good bye"! How ludicrous is that??!! Walk-ins are NOT an option unless you have the time to literally sit in a weird empty room all day long!! So tried calling some more, took an hour of trying before it finally connected and answered ..to a COMPLETELY AUTOMATED service with absolutely no option to get a real person. The automatic phone service was absolutely horrible! Can't understand anything you are asking,and have to try random days for an availability, just guessing. Took almost 45min to find an appointment! Extremely frustrating!!
