“The staff at this store are so wonderful. They always greet customers when they walk in and they keep the store clean and organized. Today however, they went SO above and beyond that I had to stop and write this review. This store is my six year old son’s favorite store. He received a gift card from his aunt for his Birthday and was excited to come choose a toy today. However he somehow managed to lose his gift card while choosing a toy. Upon asking the clerk (perhaps the manager I believe his name is Justin) if anyone turned in a $10 gift card my son began to cry. Well that wasn’t going to fly here! Despite the busy Holiday rush, several clerks jumped into action! It was so sweet - they allowed him to choose a toy AND replaced his $10 giftcard. This gesture was so very kind. It made my sons day. We will not forget their kindness, it is so rare these days. Nice work Team Branford Five Below!!!!!”

“LOTS of shoe choices for men, women, & kids! Always find a pair (or 2, or 3 ?) that I absolutely L♡VE ? & at affordable prices! There's usually some type of storewide sale or discount that can be found. They also have a weather/waterproofing service available, which is so necessary for this time of year! Eventho I go to DSW to find shoes, what keeps me coming back is the staff. The girls are ALWAYS friendly & smiling, willing to help whenever needed! DEFINITELY my go-to spot for an all-around wonderful shopping trip!”
“NEW BUSINESS ALERT I found this place by chance. I was in route to another business in the same strip and noticed a once empty storefront was now filled with eye-catching clothes. So of course I had to stop by and check it out. The owner, Victoria, was so inviting and engaging. It's a newly opened shop with many cute clothing options. You can shop on the website or in-store, or follow along on the IG or Facebook page. I bought a lounge set and got to select a free gift. I'll definitely be back at some point when I have more time to shop and can take the time to try a few things on. UPDATE: I see the address somehow got changed to Connecticut from what I entered, but this review is about the Georgia location”

The nicest associate named Paris helped us was kind and patient and knowledgeable. I will be returning for all of myself and my children’s shoes moving forward based off of the exemplary customer service we received today as well as a wide selection in the store, which was also very clean Wish I could give more than five stars!”

“I went here twice today, both times I experienced SUPERIOR customer service!! The 3 employees here today, the morning/afternoon of 7/13/23, were EXTREMELY nice, helpful, and demonstrated kindness and FANTASTIC customer service!! I was impressed and thankful!!! “This store has saved us big time for the time we've spent in North Haven. Is your little one having a theme day at daycare and you're panicking because you have no one to help you out, no siblings and you need some guidance? These lovely folks have you. From pajamas to Halloween costumes (they give great advice to first time parents on the things they don't carry) I can't sing their praises enough.I should note, our son is on the larger size for his age. He'll probably size out completely soon. But that doesn't take away the personal help and 1 on 1 information I've gotten from employees there. We might not be staying in town, but service like this is crucial to current and future residents.”
