Internet speed varied by time of day. Price kept increasing way above the rate of inflation year after year. Bill included a myriad of Obscure junk fees. Phone customer service rep very rude and will not give you any deal on the price. They won't give you any discount unless you're on welfare. Finally was able to switch and save at least $130 a month and so glad I did. One final bad experience with this company was the approximate 45 minutes just to cancel their way overpriced service in their crappy store. Still was a happy day to finally be free from them.

Xfinity in North Haven CT needs serious investigation as to their practice on how they lie and deceit their customers. Most people wait an inordinate amount of time (no restrooms) and I'm sure the overworked and underpaid employees, who are rude and then take it out on their customers! I would suggest if there were another cable provider than use them and not Comcast Xfinity!!

Unprofessional and irresponsible staff! I went there Jan 26th to cancel my service due to a move. I told the staff I wanted to cancel it. Then he just canceled it right away without asking me when I would like to disconnect the internet service. I wanted to disconnect the service on Jan 31st. But the staff there is so poorly trained. He didn't ask me everything and directly cancel it that day! When I realized this problem, I asked him "is my service disconnected today?" He said yes. I then told him that I wanted it to be disconnected on Jan 31st not today. That guy just said ok and didn't explain anything. After a few types on his keyborad, he told me it's all set and my service will be canceled on Jan 31st. Then I went home and found my service was disconnected...I ended up spending an hour online chat with several agents to get my service restored. And I still need to call to cancel my service again on Jan 31st!!!! What unprofessional store staff and terrible customer service!

Write a goodbye letter to your family cause you are never leaving this place. Dmv levels of waiting. I have been there 3 times in one week to get and address and service change. Misinformation from staff is criminal as the staff will tell u anything to move on to the next customer and u end up back in the store with a messed up work order. You have 2 options with xfinity. Wait at home on the phone or wait at the customer service center.

They did my service cancellation wrong, not they are trying to charge me fees so that I can use the remaining days I had left in my plan. It's easy for them to mess up, and then impossible to make up for the mistake. Horrible customer service, low Internet speeds, and prices constantly go up. Avoid these folks if you have an alternative. They will try you to bite the bullet out of desperation, even if it is not your mistake. Been twice the customer and both times went south. Never again

If I have totalk to Kolkata one more I'm going to scream. 1 1/2 hours trying to find out who or what INfinity is, and why they withdrew 301.77 from my checking account. I've had 5 attempts at scamming me, once very serious that I double check everything. Of course, the scammers were from India. I'm still not sure who infinity is. It's a long story and j can't type any more . Also, why can't I get a direct phone number to my local store? For some reason, I keep getting Kolkata. Or speak to someone from USA. I'm always impressed when someone speaks 2+ languages, but I'm old and a little deaf. I can't understand your reps. One of them HUNG UP on me. Not happy with. your service. If I could drop Comcast, I would do it in a minute, but you're the only game in town URGGGH.

I would give this place ZERO starts if I was able to do so. The customer service is lacking and the lies are quite disgusting. Sadly this is the ONLY cable provider that my community can use, and they use this to their advantage. You're all trash, basura! The service is not worth the monetary value they charge you. I placed my order hours in advance before I arrived and I am still expected to wait an additional 35-45 minutes! Why?! Apparently I need to see a service specialist.... For what reason when I did all the work for you. Just give me my merchandise. Common sense is definitely not so common.

Received a replacement box a few days ago after responding to an Xfinity prompt. The recommendation was to return the old box to a store so I drove to another town to do this. After a 10 minute wait at the store entrance I was told that I would need to speak to a representative which would entail a 40 minute wait. The system is reminiscent of the old DMV model where after you waited in one line you received a ticket and instructions for which line to wait in next. The people I spoke to in the first line were very polite and appeared to want to help but the system didn't empower them to accept a returned box. The store was filled with customers and staff was unable to keep up. Simply no regard for customer time.

Slowest service ever!!! Changed plan and had to wait, but the kicker is we had to return all our devices in person so had to make another trip to store & wait an additional hour just because our devices were old and wouldn’t scan to return desk . Absolutely crazy & more efficient if they allowed shipping devices back to company instead of dropping off. Representatives were nice but the wait is crazy & need more staff.

I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR????? They deserve NEGATIVE 5!!!! Evil disgusting scumbags. Over 5 hours with tech support only to find out there's an outage in my area? No one told me this. MULITPLE technician requests were scheduled to my address then the day of the appointment they no-showed and said I had no appointment. SCUMBAGS THIEVES. I'm switching to AT&T and they can come knock on my door, and If I'm home I will give them their routers back.

I came in to exchange equipment so the lady told me I need to see someone since the box they gave me doesn’t work so I take a sit and as people come in they get call and I came in way way before they did an hour later I’m still waiting and no one has came up to me and ask if I’m being seen or if I need help and to think that I’ve been with them for more then 12 years I’m so disappointed if I could give them zero stars that’s my rating because one star is to much all this time for a mistake they did like what the F,-*^k really ?? so now they telling me all those people they called before me they had appointments when I’m seeing and hearing them sey there here for exchanging or returning not one said their here for a appointment. It’s all bull . Where is that your a valuable costumer at now

Take a trip into your worst nightmare ghetto experience and you're there. Wait forever to get anything done no matter how simple or small. People simply could care less, period. Get treated horribly since everyone else there is miserable barely making minimum wage. That's how much Xfinity thinks of their customers and employees, beggars and pond-scum. Horrible company. Employees move like glaciers doing as little as possible all-the-while watching the clock until the end of their shifts.
