“I’ve been living in Merritt River Apartments for the past 5 years now. The staff is great , Especially Shenique. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and is always on top of what people request. Shenique is very respectful I always see her having positive interactions with other people and guiding them and always with a smile. She is very fast thinker every time I have question about the building or a situation that is going on, she is the first person I ask because she always have the answers. Shenique is very responsible, I can trust her with my packages, knowing they are safe with her. Thank you for always trying your best to help me answers my questions & the extra work you do for the Building!!!!”

The amenities are great and add so much convenience and comfort to living here. I especially love that they organize so many events for residents, it really brings the community together and creates a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.

I’m also really looking forward to the pool opening, it’s going to be such a great addition, especially during the warmer months. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and community-oriented environment.”

“Mariam, the manager and her staff have been incredibly patient and helpful with my move in process. While there were many things wrong with my apartament upon moving in, she has been working on fixing them up and making sure I feel at home. Highly recommend living here. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the area, it’s very well kept and the people are really nice.”
