“Moved here a year ago and having wonderful experience living in this apartment community. Jonathan is impressively professional — he does exceptional work, being genuinely caring about people, and showing incredible patience throughout the entire process. Miguel is very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. The whole management team is compassionate and understanding, and consistently does its best to accommodate everyone’s housing needs, which makes the whole community feel very welcoming. The community itself is fantastic—everyone is friendly, and I’ve made some great friends here. The location is perfect, close to downtown yet near parks -- also very pet-friendly. The garage is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall convenience and comfort... Overall, this is one of the best value-for-money apartment communities in Stamford. Would highly recommend.”

“I've lived at 750 Summer for almost 2 years and it was everything I could ask for in a rental apartment. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and transparent, with the management team being consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful.Jonathan and Miguel exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment, consistently ensuring that residents are made to feel welcome and that their needs are addressed with efficiency and care.
The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. High ceilings, large windows, and quality finishes throughout make it feel like home. The kitchen is well-equipped, the appliances are energy-efficient, and the overall layout is both functional and stylish.
Amenities are another major highlight. The gym is well-maintained with up-to-date equipment, the common areas are always clean, and the shared spaces (like the rooftop, lounge) are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Parking is easy and secure, and package delivery is handled efficiently.
The neighborhood is equally impressive — safe, walkable, and filled with great restaurants, coffee shops.

“Been here almost 8 months now and coming up on my lease renewal soon. Torn between staying and going. If it wasn't for the property manager, Marjorie, I would be going elsewhere.

The people are important. Every place has its issues with maintenance, and mice, etc. Marjorie gave me my initial tour and she was incredibly welcoming, heart warming, and genuine. She has been like that with every problem I bring to her, and that I find to be incredibly rare. My last two apartments had some very rude people running it who did not care what I had going on because they already had my money. She operates all by herself it looks like and she does it in a professional way and has a smile on her face every time I see her.”

“I thought I had posted this when we moved out in June but I don’t see it.
Although we were only tenants for 14 months, we had a great experience living at Postmark Apartments. The leasing office staff, D’Avian and Ezekiel were especially helpful answering all our questions before signing our lease and then again at move-in. 24hr concierge, Danny, Chris, Sebastian are all so kind and courteous. They handle a lot of package deliveries and never complained about the overflow. The maintenance staff and porters were always professional and never took more than an hour to respond to issues. The entire Postmark staff went above and beyond at all times.
We never heard our neighbors from within our unit. We were on the 8th floor in a corner unit of the 401 building and had neighbors on 2 sides. It was always so quiet. When you walked down the hallway you could hear someone playing music or a TV on occasion. The only issue we had with the building was the elevators. They could be pretty slow at times regardless if the freight elevator was locked for move-in/move-out.
The location is the best in Harbor Point. You’re right in Commons Park so you can hear the live music and movies during the summer. It was not overpowering though. You could walk to restaurants and the Metro North train station. The Harbor Point trolley stop is right outside the 401 building making the trek to the train station very easy if you’re in a hurry. It’s literally a 1/2 mile walk but those cold winter days can be brutal.
The sunrise and sunset views were beautiful and we could even see the July 4th fireworks from our balcony.
We walked to downtown restaurants and shops often and the walk on the boardwalk around the marina is exceptional. We loved having the water taxi to take us across to Prime and Crab Shell (which unfortunately closed at the end of last summer) and the swings were so much fun. I’m only sorry we didn’t have enough time there. The only reason we moved was because we moved down south. We would still be living at Postmark otherwise.”

“The repair of the dishwasher was outstanding the tech came to the apartment quickly diagnosed the issue changed out the pump and was out the door in less then thirty minutes
The only issue was it took over a week to get somebody and I was never contacted.”

“My family and I have lived at Arrive Stamford for two years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The building is clean, quiet, and in a perfect location close to downtown Stamford. We love the pool in the summer and always feel safe and comfortable in our apartment. The staff is amazing — Mike especially is super helpful anytime I had a question or needed anything. He has always made sure things were taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Arrive if you’re looking for a well-run place in Stamford!”

Living right in downtown Stamford is such an amazing experience that reminds me of certain parts of Manhattan. Walking distance to literally everything except a major grocery store. Tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and 2 movie theaters. Not to me tion Macy's, Target and Mill River Park.”

“I dropped into Vault Apartments leasing office without notice and also at the end of the day. The person at the reception was very kind and asked the leasing office if I could still come in. Donnella McRae was more than happy to get my information and quickly set up a tour of the building and available units for the following day. She made the whole apartment hunting process easy and stress-free. On-top of having a wonderful, fun and bubbly personality she was also very professional. It is really great to see someone who seems to really enjoy their job and also goes above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Donnella!”

“Been a resident for a couple of years and I know there is some back and forward with whats said but there is not a stronger maintenence guy then the head guy nothing expresses his hard work dedication to this property also the office there is not a better manager then the lady here can’t imagine what she has to go through day to day with all these people hear thank you you two”
