“Went in yesterday looking for new appliances. We had Steve as our sales rep. Steve did an awesome job helping us choose the right appliances and answered all of our questions. Although we were not there to purchase a tv he answered all the questions and explained the differences between certain types of TV’s these. In the end we also picked up a TV. Will definitely be back for another TV for a mancave that’s in construction.”

“Christie's Quilting Botique has a great selection of fabrics and patterns from the industries top designers. They also sell sewing machines and provide long arm quilting services. I visited as part of an All New England Shop Hop, and the stores staff made me feel very welcome as soon as I entered the store, but they weren't overbearing. I found several items to purchase, and at checkout they helped me enter the shop hops prize drawing and gave me a snack to enjoy on my way to the next shop. I'll definitely be back another time when I have longer to browse.”

“I love this Home Depot, I've never had any issues here (unlike Stamford's location). I will say, the layout in Stamford is better and easier to navigate. However, we were able to find what we needed and were even assisted with help (because climbing on shelves is frowned upon). This location is clean and well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful.”

“Today I had the pleasure of meeting a great employee in the appliance department, his name is Hollywood.
I have to say he went above and beyond helping us find the correct appliance , also a workbench that wasn't even part of his department.
The knowledge he provided on top of his great attitude and professionalism makes me want to look for him next time I need anything from Home Depot.
This guy deserves to be recognized, he's truly out there doing his best to help the customer in any way possible.
I honestly thought he was the appliance department manager by the way he approached us trying to help us. Keep up the great work !!”

“UPDATE - They did respond to my initial 1 star. Emailed them the proof, and was told i would get a check in the mail. Today check arrived. So 1 star changed to 4. Way too much back and with call in team to get a 5. But in end I did get what was promised.

Bought a TV, purchased the membership plan because was told if price changed in next 30+ days I could use their price match policy. Oh course the price went down the next day, emailed them, have transcript stating i would get $318.75 back. Have now contacted them 3-4 times, placed numerous disputes, and it just goes around and around without any resolution.”
