Goodwill Norwalk Store & Donation Station is a spacious and well-organized thrift store that offers fair prices and friendly staff, with the exception of one who is sometimes unfriendly. The store is known for its hidden gems, including unique and valuable items such as handcrafted Italian wall art, furniture, and designer clothing brands like LL Bean, Lands End, J. Crew, and Vineyard Vines, often found at a fraction of retail prices. Customers have discovered some incredible deals, including a nearly new couch and loveseat for a low price, making it a popular spot for treasure hunting. The store also employs people with disabilities and supports their efforts, which is appreciated by shoppers. While the prices are fair, some find the cost of used clothes comparable to new items, and opinions vary on the value of the clothing selection. The store is generally well-maintained, though finding specific books can be challenging due to shelf arrangement. Overall, Goodwill Norwalk is considered a good place to find unique items and great deals, especially for those willing to spend time browsing the racks for hidden treasures.
Good store but overpriced with clothes and they sell falling apart shoes and clothes… some of that stuff should be at a dump… nice people there though!

Staff will not explain donation acceptance/rejection policy for items that seem to fall within their guidelines, even when asked directly. That makes it hard to donate!

Donated some clothes men's room was out of order and lady was yelling at some kids to not run in store. Didn't seem like they were being unruly, she could have asked more nicely. She seemed not to happy or customer service oriented.
