Goodwill Norwalk Store & Donation Station is a spacious and well-organized thrift store that offers fair prices and friendly staff, with the exception of one who is sometimes unfriendly. The store is known for its hidden gems, including unique and valuable items such as handcrafted Italian wall art, furniture, and designer clothing brands like LL Bean, Lands End, J. Crew, and Vineyard Vines, often found at a fraction of retail prices. Customers have discovered some incredible deals, including a nearly new couch and loveseat for a low price, making it a popular spot for treasure hunting. The store also employs people with disabilities and supports their efforts, which is appreciated by shoppers. While the prices are fair, some find the cost of used clothes comparable to new items, and opinions vary on the value of the clothing selection. The store is generally well-maintained, though finding specific books can be challenging due to shelf arrangement. Overall, Goodwill Norwalk is considered a good place to find unique items and great deals, especially for those willing to spend time browsing the racks for hidden treasures.
I have made donations to the Norwalk store for years. But the last donation I made they took a tray of glassware and vases and threw it in a bin right in front of me and I heard glass breaking. I was very disappointed and will be more careful with where I donate in the future.

Pricing and organization needs to improve. Very over priced, I would suggest they consult on pricing policy as it would improve their profit, for non-profit.
