“I had a bad experience at another store and I walked into this bob’s expecting the same and I was wrong!I’d like to take the time to tell anyone who’s looking this is the bobs you need to visit and buy from!I dealt with Rich, (salesman) Ralph (manager), Mark (manager), Wesley (manager).Each one of them deserves recognition, we made a very large purchase after just walking in without an appointment and they knocked it out of the park, I came in there with my guards up and they relaxed me and exceeded my expectations without any hesitations. I’ve had bad experiences at another bobs store at an Ashley store, and a few other furniture stores. This is where I will return and buy anything else I need.
