The Casper team at SoNo did an excellent job. The ordering, delivery and installation went as they had told us it would. Although the Task Rabbit install team was 1 1/2 hours later arriving, they called us and let us know they'd be late. Once they arrived, the install went smoothly and quickly.

Lola was amazing! Super helpful and answered all of my questions and was very patient with me while I decided on what pillows and mattress protector I wanted. Definitely recommend the service and the products.
