“When I asked Siri to call this Old Navy in Norwalk, it said it had only 1 star and did I still want to call!? I had been there in the past and it’s been a little rough around the edges. But I did proceed and I have to write this review because today , not only did the person answer the phone courteously and stop to find an item I needed, the store was immaculate when I came to pick it up later. EVERYTHING was in its place and the three ladies closing were eager to help me and knowledgeable and capable. 5 stars for me.”

“We have rented tuxedos from here for the past two years for both of our sons’ proms, and I truly can’t say enough good things. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, including ordering a custom tux to get the look and fit he wanted.
She was friendly, patient, and flexible throughout the process—making the experience seamless. The fittings were easy, the tuxes looked fantastic, and our sons felt confident and comfortable both years.
