New Castle Building Products offers fantastic customer service and attention. Unlike many businesses that work b2b with contractors, these guys are the opposite of intimidating and are not very attentive or patient with direct consumers. They immediately notice you and try to understand what you need, taking the time to explain and inform you about important details. Communication is top tier as well as helpfulness, with an exceptional customer service attitude and being extremely well versed in all products, availability and usage. They offer great quick and responsive communication, following up when out of stock items are in and on delivery. It is a great place to unload, willing to unload you as long as you make it before 4pm, but call first.
You can count on these people to help you with the right materials at the right time.

Bought copper gutter supplies here - dealt with Leif specifically. Great quick & responsive communication - the hangers were out of stock so we ordered them and he followed up when they were in. Also followed up several times on when I wanted everything delivered. Thumbs up.
