Sephora is by far my favorite store to shop and always come across great staff but unfortunately at this specific location the staff isn’t very welcoming and they don’t even ask if you need assistance with anything.

I went to sono mall Sephora and I had a great experience with Rashel she made my visit easier and quick and went above and beyond for everything. Great job!!!

some sephora workers are super judgey which is why i prefer online shopping but w makeup i want to play w stuff! i had to exchange some items and the manager was so sweet and understanding she made me feel so comfortable. will drive to this location over others
