“I just want to thank the very nice girl in the office and copy department who was so helpful to my dad. Christina went above and beyond to walk him through what seemed to be a difficult process for him. He had tried to get some work done at the FedEx near by, and was quickly shut down and told to try the staples down the road. My dad felt stressed and a bit overwhelmed and luckily he met Christina who managed to solve the entire problem in under half an hour! Thank you Christina for being so kind and patient with my dad, and being able to remind us all great customer service still exists! 5 stars for staples at westport ave!!”

“Went to the Staples store to shop for new laptop. Have purchased one here previously & was happy with service from team. This new purchase was no exception & did not disappoint. I initially worked with John the Store Manager who helped me to determine the right replacement. After narrowing my options was still on the fence. In the interim based on my earlier laptop package the team ran checks to determine the performance level. Mellissa the Tech Manager kept me inform of the process & results. The final conclusion was for my needs time to upgrade. John & Melissa helped to ensure I was able to get the best pricing & Melissa walked me through the best addons for my needs. From there Ryan also in Tech worked on transferring data from old to new & making sure I had the right programs. I am so happy & grateful to the team of John, Melissa & Ryan for making this transition as painless as it could be.”

“I'm very surprised at some of these comments. Usps is being accused of stealing a package because it wasn't received. That's something I'm sure the postmaster can help you with, but please don't accuse them of stealing when your making it up or guessing why you didn't get it. These ladies and gents are out there in 0 degrees weather and 100 degrees. They put up with a lot of flack from customers. I've had wonderful carriers from both Norwalk POs. I just moved and wanted to take my mailman with me. He saw I was trying to move a queen bed to the truck. He saw me struggling and came when he wasn't on the clock, to help me.”
