“This is an a very reliable Post Office now. The woman in charge is knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. So grateful to have a branch right in Rowayton, and a really good one.”
“Very friendly staff. Convenient in and out and parking compared to the Belden Ave PO. Be aware this is a variety store that is open the longer hours listed online than the Post Office desk which is required to follow USPS guidelines to open at 9 and close at 5 during the week.”

“Went to this Post Office last week. There was a line and the female who was working so hard and professional had an impatient customer yelling at her that they should get more help. A customer thankfully stepped in and said “it’s not her fault - call your congressman” He continued to complain but I let him go ahead of me and said “They are working hard here”
She handled the situation with class and dignity and won the respect of everyone there.
That said wondering why it takes the post office 4 days to deliver a certified letter to the next town - but I digress.”
