“Wilton PO is great. They always have a great choice of stamps, my mailman, Jim, is terrific, and if there is a line, it moves very quickly. I know people complained that they have to take their breaks at particular times, but that is nationwide PO issue, not just Wilton. That is the way they operate. Wilton is easy in, easy out!”

Despite his incredible effort to package it safely, the package was damaged later on its journey. Jim's attention to the resolution of this damage was unmatched - I truly felt valued and he fought for my insurance claim to be given the proper attention it deserved. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. “I've shopped at a few different Staples stores and each time I've had nothing but friendly people that have been more than helpful in helping me find what I need. I recently purchased some office furniture cubes that had gone on clearance and I visited a few stores and each one they were more than willing to go check the back for any inventory and help me load my purchases into my car. I don't find too many places anymore that are happy to go into the back and drag out boxes to load on a cart and bring to a person's car and be nothing but Pleasant the whole time.”

“Applied for my passport today at this location. Made an appointment and it only took about ten minutes! Super duper easy, friendly, no fuss at all. Even had my photo taken for the passport there. Would definitely recommend to use this location for passport needs. New location in Goodwives has a ton of easy parking and it wasn't busy when I went at 2pm”
